How can I become a performing artist?

It is advisable to register with an agency so that you are always kept up to date regarding casting calls. Agencies are aware of all current and upcoming productions and can also give you advice about your career in the industry.

Salary expectations

If you are contractually employed by a theatre company, you will earn upwards of about 2000 Euros a month. In the television industry, the starting salary is about 200 Euros per day. Income varies greatly in amount. It is always dependent on the type of role and on your experience. Unfortunately, it is often very difficult for artists to obtain a suitable role.
